Accounting & Payroll Coordinator-Main Office

Description

A local, family run company looking for a well-rounded, quick learning individual to work in our Main Office and oversee a variety of areas including accounting and payroll for 5 restaurants.

  • Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm

Experience

Our ideal candidate:

  • Has 1 year experience working with payroll
  • Has a bachelor's degree
  • Has restaurant experience *not required

Duties

  • Accounting & Payroll Coordinator Duties:
  • Enter, review, and post invoices
  • Analyze price variances and adjust accordingly
  • Review vendor account statements and make necessary changes
  • Help manage the Accounting and Inventory system
  • Data entry and management of new and existing inventory items as well as inter-company invoices (bakery orders, pasta orders, etc)
  • Pay bills - Input food and beverage recipes to calculate costs for our companies products
  • Train employees how to use this system
  • Process bi-weekly payroll for 5 restaurants
  • Manage employee data in payroll system
  • Complete employment verification
  • Handle all new hire paperwork
  • Assist with health insurance enrollments & terminations
  • Manage the back end of the Aloha Point of Sale software
  • Help answer phones and assist with customer and vendor inquiries
  • Help with seasonal projects
